We offer full property manangement services. This includes finding a suitable tenant, and completing a new lease and inspection report. We collect all the rents and pay them into a trust account allocated to you. We then pay into your bank account the balance of the rent after fees have been taken out.
We will be the only contact number the tenant has and all faults, enquiries etc go through ourselves. If there is any default on rental payments these will be followed up within 2 days and eviction notices given. We have a zero tolerence policy on late or nsf rents.
All tenants are selected after suitable references and credit check.
Need a tenant?
If you feel happy to provide your own property management services but need assistance to find a tenant, I will advertise and do full credit and reference checks for you and find you a tenant. This is for a small fee based on the rental income. Call for more details.
Going on vacation and need some one to water the plants?
We are able to provide this service to our Cochrane residents. If you are going on vacation and want to ensure that you get no burst pipes, or the plants need watering then please contact us. We will visit the house daily, twice weekly or weekly (your choice). We will even come and collect the mail from the mail box and leave it ready for you. Call Helen for more details.
